Iowa Hawkeyes to Face Trojans or Huskies in NCAA Tournament Final Four

The Iowa Hawkeyes will face either the USC Trojans or the Connecticut Huskies in the Final Four of the 2024 NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament. The game will be played on Friday, April 5th at 9:30 PM EST at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
The Hawkeyes earned their spot in the Final Four with a 85-72 victory over the Louisville Cardinals in the Elite Eight. Caitlin Clark led the way for Iowa with 35 points, 9 assists, and 7 rebounds. The Hawkeyes also got strong contributions from Monika Czinano and McKenna Warnock, who scored 18 and 16 points, respectively.
The Trojans and Huskies will face off in the other Final Four semifinal on Friday at 7:00 PM EST. USC is the No. 1 seed in the tournament, while UConn is the No. 2 seed. The Trojans have won 30 straight games this season, while the Huskies have won 29 straight games.
The winner of the Iowa-USC/UConn game will advance to the National Championship game on Sunday, April 7th at 8:00 PM EST.
